Photocopies and photographic reproductions may be requested. The use of scanning equipment is not permitted. Payment is expected upon delivery by cash or check. Credit cards are only accepted for orders over $20. Readers are liable for any and all infringements of copyright law. In some cases, photocopying is not possible if it is determined that such activity will damage the original material or risk violation of copyright law.
Permission to publish certain materials requires completion and approval of the Licensing Application form. There may be fees associated with permissions. Restrictions on the publication of selected materials may exist as well. In most instances, the library owns the material but not necessarily the literary rights or copyright.
