Purpose: UPrint is the University of Miami’s printing system. UPrint credits ae issued to both students and faculty. Students starting the fall semester are allocated 130 UPrint credits for the entire year. Students starting in the Spring Semester are allocated 65 UPrint credits. Faculty are allocated 50 UPrint credits at the beginning of the fall semester for the entire school year. For more information about the UPrint system, please see the following web pages.

UM’s Student Technology Desk

Purpose: Contact this office to fix any problems with your personal laptop. This office will also assist you with UPrint drivers, email settings, data transfer, game consoles, masOS or Windows installation, and data recovery.

UM’s Blackboard

Purpose: The staff at the Blackboard office will be able to assist faculty, staff and students with any Blackboard questions.

Miami Herbert Business School Help Desk

Purpose: The Miami Herbert Business School’s Help Desk will assist faculty, staff and students with any business school computer. If the business school computer that you are using freezes, needs software, or does not function, give this office a call. Faculty experiencing difficulty with classroom A/V equipment can call the Miami Herbert Business School Help Desk for assistance.

Purpose: Central IT can assist students should they be locked out from using the UPrint system, have problems with their UM ID card, or Workday.
