UPrint

Purpose: UPrint is the University of Miami’s printing system. UPrint credits are issued to both students and faculty. Students starting the fall semester are allocated 130 UPrint credits for the entire year. Students who commence their studies in the Spring Semester are allocated 65 UPrint credits.  An allocation of 20 credits is granted at the onset of each summer session. Faculty are allocated 50 UPrint credits at the beginning of the fall semester for the entire school year. For more information about the UPrint system, please see the following web pages.

UM’s Student Technology Desk

Purpose: This office provides a multitude of services to all currently enrolled UM students.  This includes problems with one’s personal laptop, internet configuration, virus removal, plus more. For a complete list of free services, click here.

Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

UM’s Learning Platforms

Purpose: The Learning Platforms staff will be able to assist faculty, staff and students with any Blackboard Ultra or EAB Navigate questions.

Hours:  9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday – Friday &
10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Saturday – Sunday

Miami Herbert Business School Help Desk

Purpose: The Miami Herbert Business School’s Help Desk will assist faculty, staff and students with any business school computer. If the business school computer that you are using freezes, needs software, or does not function, give this office a call. Faculty experiencing difficulty with classroom A/V equipment can call the Miami Herbert Business School Help Desk for assistance.

Hours: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday to Friday

Miami Herbert Business School Space Reservations

Purpose: The Miami Herbert Business School offers a limited number of spaces available for reservation by undergraduate and graduate students requiring venues for guest speakers, group study sessions, student organization meetings, or other school-related events.  For assistance with coordinating special event support, please contact:  buildingops@mbs.miami.edu
