The Marta and Austin Weeks Music Library is open 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, for pickup of requested materials. Use of spaces and services within the library is by appointment only for current University of Miami faculty, staff and students due to University of Miami guidelines. Materials may be returned via the book drop outside the front door of the library. Remote access to databases and other online library resources is restricted to members of the University of Miami community. Priority for all materials, resources, equipment, and rooms at Weeks Library is given to Frost School of Music students, faculty, and staff, followed by other members of the University of Miami community.

Holds
Items placed on hold or requested will be held for two weeks before they are returned to circulation. To make other hold arrangements, please contact the circulation staff at Weeks Music Library.
Renewals and Recalls
Patrons may renew scores twice. To renew a score more than twice please contact the circulation staff at Weeks Music Library.
Recalled items are subject to immediate return.
Fines
Missing Parts
Students who borrow scores with parts are responsible for returning the complete set. If a part is not returned, the borrower will receive an email asking him or her to check again for the missing item(s). If the borrower cannot find the part or does not respond to the email he or she will be charged $5.00 per part.
