Do you want to create a poster or brochure? Perhaps you want to make a video or simply enhance your photos? Need help putting your projects online? Whether you are a novice or a long-time user our staff is here to assist you.
We are available to provide expert project-based support through virtual consultations Monday – Wednesday from 9am – 5pm. We will work with you to find a solution for any creative project you may have.
Faculty members who are interested in integrating a digital aspect into their classes or assignments can consult with Vanessa Rodriguez, Head of Creative Studio. We are available to instruct small groups of students or can help you come up with ideas for developing a digital media project your students can create.
The Creative Studio is located in the Learning Commons (at the Otto G. Richter Library). Our physical location is currently closed and we are only providing online assistance.
UM and Adobe partnered to provide free access to Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) for all University of Miami faculty, staff, and students. The Adobe Creative Cloud includes Acrobat DC, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as mobile apps for designing on the go. For a full list of available programs, click here.

The Adobe Scholars Program, inaugurated in 2018, builds on the success of the Library Research Scholars program. Two undergraduate students are selected each year to serve as Adobe Scholars. The award-winning students will participate actively in the existing program, and receive specialized training from experts associated with the Creative Studio, Learn more about the program on our library Scholars website.

UMIT offers access to LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com), a platform offering video courses taught by industry experts in software (including Adobe CC), creative projects, and business skills.
